Function of injector gasket:
In the process of fuel injector production, these five gaskets are not optional, they are calculated by step-by-step meticulous measurement, and their accuracy is measured in microns (1/1000 millimeter). Why should the thickness of gaskets be so precisely defined? It is because each adjusting gasket has an important impact on the function of the injector.
Valve spring adjusting gasket: adjust the spring force of solenoid valve. Different kinds of injector valve spring force setting values are different. Valve spring force setting value of CRIN injector ranges from 58N to 85N with maximum allowable tolerance (+3N). Valve spring force too large or too small will affect the size of the fuel injection in the corresponding area.
Armature lift adjusting gasket: adjust the maximum displacement of the ball valve jumping up and down (that is, armature lift). The setting values of armature lift for different types of injectors are different. CRIN's armature lift setting ranges from 40 micron to 60 micron. Most of the CRIN2 generation injectors in China market are 52 micron or 55 micron, and the maximum allowable tolerance is +5 micron. If the armature lift is too large or too small, the injector will not inject oil or the injection will be too small. For CRIN injectors, within the normal deviation (+5 micron) of the set value, the armature lift will only affect the amount of fuel at the pre-injection point, and will not affect other injection points.
Buffer lift adjustment gasket: adjust the maximum displacement of armature in the working process. Buffer lift gasket should not be too thick, otherwise it will directly lead to a large amount of injector oil return. The setting value ranges from 20 micron to 60 micron, and the maximum allowable tolerance is +20 micron. As long as it is within the maximum allowable tolerance range, its thickness and thickness will not affect the injection quantity of each single test point, but only the total amount of multiple injection quantity in a short time. Normal maintenance test bench can not be measured. No detailed explanation is given below.
Oil nozzle spring adjusting gasket: adjust the size of oil nozzle spring force (commonly known as the opening pressure of oil nozzle needle valve). The spring force of CRIN2 nozzle is generally set to 34N, and the maximum allowable tolerance is +3N. Spring force overshoot will lead to fuel injection deviation, especially in idle stage.
Needle valve lift adjustment gasket (middle piece): adjust the greatest displacement of the oil nozzle needle valve in the working process. The setting value varies with the type of injector, generally from 200 micron to 350 micron, and the maximum allowable tolerance is (+10 micron). Needle valve lift mainly affects the fuel injection at full load point.
