Advantages of common rail injector:

1. Flexible control of fuel injection rate change to achieve the ideal fuel injection law, easy to achieve pre-injection and multiple injection, which can not only reduce the NOx of diesel engine, but also ensure excellent power performance and economy.

2. The oil injection is controlled by the solenoid valve, the control accuracy is high, and there is no bubble and residual pressure zero phenomenon in the high-pressure oil circuit. Therefore, within the operation range of diesel engine, the change of circulating fuel injection is small, and the uneven fuel supply of each cylinder can be improved, so as to reduce the vibration of diesel engine and reduce emissions.

3. The injection pressure in the common rail system is flexible and adjustable, which can determine the optimal injection pressure required for different working conditions, so as to optimize the comprehensive performance of diesel engine.

4. Can independently and flexibly control the timing of oil injection, with high injection pressure (120MPa~200MPa), can simultaneously control NOx and particulate matter (PM) in a small value, to meet the emission requirements.
