Injection pump is the "heart" of diesel engine, so it must be properly maintained. When installing the fuel injection pump on the diesel engine, the oil supply advance Angle must be checked. After 500 hours of operation, the fuel supply advance Angle should be re-checked and adjusted. Must adopt the light diesel oil of national standard, the diesel oil should pass the precipitation filtration of 48 ~ 96 hours. Usually pay attention to the diesel box and diesel filter clean. Check the oil in the governor every day. Add enough oil when it is insufficient. If there is a skeleton oil seal between the injection pump and the governor, fill the oil separately. If the oil level is increased due to oil dilution, it indicates that the injection pump and the oil pump have serious oil leakage, which should be removed in time. After the diesel engine runs for 100 hours, replace the oil and clean the filter screen of the oil pump. The injection pump shall not be disassembled or adjusted at will, especially the part with sealing mark. If it is necessary to disassemble and maintain, it shall be carried out after cleaning the place.
