How much does moisture affect the nozzle?
The requirement of oil nozzle to working environment is to strive for humidity under 75%, according to different accuracy of similar equipment, it will be more accurate requirements of humidity. Some circuit boards will be the first to be affected if the device is operated in a high temperature and humidity environment.
Because moist air contains large amounts of water molecules, they can produce condensation on the circuit board that connects the device. That is to say, when the equipment is powered on, the circuit board will cause short-circuit accident due to the condensation of water vapor, thus causing some hardware damage.
In addition, the moist air will slowly erode some metal accessories of the nozzle, causing the accessories to rust under the moisture immersion, thus not providing effective work and reducing the overall performance of the equipment. What is more serious is that some parts of the equipment completely fail, and new parts must be assembled.
Therefore, humidity should be avoided as much as possible for the equipment. Some moisture-proof measures should be taken to keep the humidity within the range required by the product.
