Commissioning method of fuel injection pump

Debugging method of fuel injection pump:

(1) oil supply time debugging. Remove all oil outlet joints, and rotate the dial so that oil just starts to come out of the oil outlet of 1 cylinder. Align the scale with an integer scale as 0 scale, rotate the dial according to the working order, and observe whether the interval Angle of oil supply of each cylinder is 60 degrees (six cylinder injection pump), and the deviation is within 0.5 degree.

(2) starting oil quantity debugging. Start the test bed, set the rotation speed at 200 RPM, set the number of oil injection at 200 times, turn the control arm to the maximum oil supply position, and press the count button. The standard oil injection quantity should be 26ml. If the oil injection quantity is abnormal, the position of each cylinder fork on the oil supply lever can be adjusted respectively.

(3) adjust the oil supply at the rated speed. When starting the test bed, the other steps are the same (2) except setting the rotation speed at 900rpm. The standard oil injection amount should still be 26ml. If the oil injection amount is not normal, it can be adjusted uniformly by adjusting the rated speed oil amount adjustment screw.

(4) idle fuel supply debugging. Start the test bed, set the rotation speed at 250rpm and the oil injection times at 200 times, and press the count button. The standard oil injection amount should be 6ml. If the oil injection amount is abnormal, uniform adjustment can be made by adjusting the idle oil amount adjustment screw.
