Application of high pressure pump repair kit

Today we will introduce the application of high pressure pump repair kit.

(1) the plunger pump shall gradually increase the working pressure before starting the vehicle, and it is strictly prohibited to start the vehicle under empty load.

(2) in the operation of the plunger pump, the operator shall not be close to the moving part of the pump, let alone remove and tighten any part during the operation of the pump.

(3) the high-pressure piping mechanism shall be kept away from the operator to avoid personal injury.

(4) frequently check the tightness of the water supply and drainage pipeline of the inlet pipe. If there is air in the pipeline, it shall be emptied immediately to avoid vibration of the pipeline and equipment.

(5) when the lubricating oil level of the plunger pump is too low, the water supply is insufficient and there is abnormal sound inside the pump, stop the pump in time for inspection and troubleshooting.
