If it goes on like this, it may be a lot. If it's not annoying, you can see that the valve cap of 334 is very important for the clearance. Normally, it is controlled at about four wires, which is the requirement of the new valve cap. If the oil quantity is abnormal after the clearance is controlled, it will be large or small. You can adjust No. 1 gasket. The thickness of large gasket is generally 1. 12 to 1.10 or so, there are few, - like thicknesses, all of which are thinners. Do not move the No.4 gasket above the solenoid valve spring and the No.3 gasket below the nozzle spring. If you are very experienced in adjusting the clearance, you don't need to move any gasket. If the gap is well controlled, the data will be normal. If the oil quantity is too small, reduce the No.1 gasket to about 1.06. Remember that when the oil is thinned to a certain extent, the solenoid valve will not respond, - no drop of oil will come out, - do not thin too much. I always thought it was the thinning that made the oil quantity bigger and the thickening smaller. The less the oil, the less the oil. Then I don't know how to adjust it. Most of the original Bosch valve components don't need to be adjusted and can be used when they are installed, but when they need to be adjusted, many people are annoyed that they can't adjust it. If you don't often repair the 059 and repair the 059, you know that the pulse gap of the solenoid valve installed on the valve assembly of the replaced 130 of the 059 injector is very small, that is, the response is not too large, and the oil will not come out in this state. This situation must have been encountered by many people, in fact, it's the gap problem. The 130 valve is 2307, 059. It should be 2305. It's very simple, It is only necessary to thicken the octagonal gasket with a thickness of 0.99 to 1.02. Ha ha, I don't know. I think the valve components are fake. The data of 059 is not too big. It's normal to install the 123 injector, just adjust it simply. In addition, the adjustment method of the next 120 HP fuel injector, the fuel injection quantity of the valve assembly after the replacement of the 120 HP fuel injector is too large. If the idle speed is normal, the pre injection is larger and the main injection is larger. This is a good adjustment. Just thicken the small gasket on the spring of the solenoid valve. Be careful in the maintenance of high-power pre spray and main spray. These two are closely connected. The two adjustments - i.e. other data can be normal, so the effect of mounting on the vehicle can be better. If the pre spray is small and the main spray is large, many people are confused and don't know how to adjust it. If you encounter such a thing, it is that the plane thickness of the valve cap you replaced is not the same as that of the old valve cap you replaced. As a result, the thickness should be measured with a micrometer. If you are fully experienced, you don't need a micrometer. How to adjust it is very simple. If the thickness of the big gasket is 1.58 to 1.59, take a thin one. For example, if the thickness of 1.58 is reduced to 1.57, do not move any other gasket. Put it on. At that time, the pre injection was normal, and the main injection was normal. As we all know, the thinning oil volume of this large gasket became smaller and the thickening oil volume became larger. That's the truth, but a single adjustment of the oil volume must be coordinated with the gasket of the solenoid valve spring and the middle small race block under the nozzle. If it's too big, you'll get thinner. If it's too small, you'll get thicker. As soon as you make the adjustment, you must find the pre injection point. The adjustment method is that if the main injection of the injector you test is too big, you'll delay the pre injection, the pre injection is too late, and the main injection is too big, You can adjust the small gasket in the spring of the solenoid valve. We all know that the oil quantity of the gasket changes obviously, but the main injection is large and the pre injection is small. You are thinning the small gasket. The main injection is normal. How about the pre injection... That's not smaller. The tone is inconsistent. If the pre injection is too late, the cylinder will be knocked. The main spray is big, and there are very few of them, unless they are manually operated, I have met many of them. Remember, - you must have the adjustment range to adjust normally, - you must cooperate with the pre spray to adjust. If everything else is normal and the main spray is a little larger, you can just thicken the middle match block, don't add more, - it's usually 1.15, just thicken to 1.20
