2, plunger sleeve must not be installed in reverse. Once the plunger sleeve is installed backward, the locating screw of the plunger sleeve will support the oil inlet hole. The oil inlet and return of the plunger working stroke only depend on the oil inlet hole. The amount of oil inlet and return is small and slow, which affects the normal ignition and combustion of the engine.

3, positioning screw, gaskets should comply with the installation requirements: (1) the plunger sleeve positioning screw should comply with the requirements, not too long, or you will make the plunger sleeve at the top of the pump body is bad, affect the plunger within the set of flexible movement, accelerate the matching parts wear, will cause the screw and the oil return hole clearance is too small, and even block the oil return hole, not oil return in time, causing the engine "ride". (2) the locating screw of the plunger sleeve shall not be screwed too tight, otherwise the sleeve will be deformed and the plunger will be stuck. Its installation requirements are: in the absence of oil valve seat, after tightening the positioning screw, plunger sleeve in the pump body can be small distance up and down flexibly, but do not produce rotation. (3) do not leak the copper gasket of the positioning screw, and make sure that the sealing is good, otherwise it will cause serious oil leakage, and will cause air into the injection pump, making the engine run unstable.

4, the oil valve seat gasket shall not be leakage, damage, and the requirements of flat :(1) the oil valve seat of the high-pressure sealing copper pad and low-pressure sealing rubber pad, must be carefully checked before installation, intact, not to leakage, otherwise it will cause high pressure oil cavity and low-pressure oil cavity communication, resulting in the normal operation of the pump. (2) when installing the oil valve tightening seat, the tightening torque must be moderate. After tightening, ensure that the plunger can move flexibly at any position in the plunger sleeve without local sticking phenomenon. (3) the gasket must be flat. If the gasket is uneven or crumpled, the plunger sleeve is liable to bear unilateral force and accelerate the wear of the plunger couple after tightening the tight seat of the oil outlet valve.
