Before the injector is installed, all parts should be cleaned with clean diesel oil and blown dry with compressed air. In particular, needle valve and needle valve seat, must not have any dirt into the working face, to ensure close contact after assembly.

Clamp the injector body on the platform vise with copper backing, one end of the needle valve body is up, the needle valve and the needle valve body should be installed in the clean diesel oil, after checking the sliding performance of the coupling parts, make the needle valve body and the locating hole and the locating pin on the injector housing be in alignment, install it on the injector body, and tighten the screw sleeve.

Attention should be paid to prevent needle valve body assembly skew and screw sleeve screw too tight (generally should be 59-79n ·m). Second, take off the injector, along the injector axis direction up and down, can hear the impact of the needle valve activity, otherwise, should check whether the needle valve stuck. If the needle valve cannot slide freely, replace the needle valve couple or tighten the screw sleeve. Then the injector body is clamped upside down on the vise, the push rod, spring seat, pressure regulating spring and so on are pressed into the injector body, the pressure regulating bolt is screwed on, the lock nut is installed after debugging, and the special tool is used to tighten the torque. Finally, install the tubing connector, nut and other parts.
