1. The fracture of high-pressure oil pipe is related to the quality of high-pressure oil pipe and the assembly mode when installing high-pressure oil pipe. When assembling the high-pressure pipe, it should be noted that if the Angle difference is large, the pressure concentration will be caused at the joint of the oil pipe, resulting in the fracture of the oil pipe at the joint. At this time only need to disassemble the injector for inspection, and then replace an oil valve to solve the problem.
2. The fracture of the high-pressure oil pipe is related to the poor unloading of the oil outlet valve. The sealing or unloading of the oil outlet valve is not good, and the residual pressure of the high pressure oil pipe causes the high pressure of the oil pipe after a long time accumulation, which causes fatigue damage or crack of the high pressure oil pipe.
3. When the engine is running, if the fuel nozzle is stuck and the plunger continues to spray oil upward, the pressure on the high-pressure oil pipe is limited. If the high-pressure oil pipe is subjected to this pressure for a long time, the high-pressure oil pipe will burst. Therefore, once the high-pressure oil pipe of diesel engine ruptures, it is necessary to check whether the injector is stuck.
4. The fracture of high-pressure oil pipe is also closely related to the vibration of diesel engine. The two ends of the high-pressure oil pipe are fixed by nuts, and the middle is only supported by the oil pipe clip with a sheet fulcrum. The common vibration of the oil pipe will cause the oil pipe to fracture due to the vibration of the diesel engine. It is useless to replace the high-pressure oil pipe like this.
5. Some automobile repair workers often find that the high pressure oil pipe of diesel engine ruptures due to the improper installation position between the two ends of the high pressure oil pipe, the fuel injector joint and the oil injection pump's tight seat. After tightening the nuts at both ends of the high pressure oil pipe, the high pressure oil pipe is distorted and deformed.
