1. The inlet and outlet hoses are broken. When the rupture is not big, a cloth with a layer of soap can be used to wrap up the water leakage; if the rupture is big, the rupture of the hose can be cut off, and a bamboo or iron pipe can be sleeved in the middle and tied tightly with iron wire.

2. Fan belt broken. The broken belt can be tied with wire or the car can be driven away by the way of starting and stopping.

3. Screw hole slide. The sliding thread of screw hole will cause oil leakage or loose connecting rod, making it unable to work. At this time, the original screw can be hammered flat with a hammer to increase the expansion on both sides and then tightened, but it can not be disassembled for many times, to be repaired in the next maintenance.

4. Tank damage. When the motor vehicle is in use, if oil leakage is found in the oil tank, the oil leakage place can be wiped clean, and soap or bubble gum can be applied to the oil leakage place for temporary blocking; epoxy resin adhesive can be used to repair, with better effect.

5. The tubing is broken. When the oil pipe breaks, clean the broken part, apply soap, wrap cloth or adhesive tape around the broken part of the oil pipe, fasten it with wire, and then apply a layer of soap.

6. Broken tubing. When the oil pipe is broken, a rubber or plastic pipe suitable for the diameter of the oil pipe can be found. If the socket connection is not tight enough, both ends shall be bound with wire to prevent oil leakage.

7. There are sand holes in the cylinder head and oil and water leaks. According to the size of the sand hole, select the corresponding specifications of electrical fuse, and use a hammer to gently smash it into the sand hole to eliminate oil and water leakage.

8. The oil pipe joint leaks oil. When the motor vehicle is used, if the engine oil pipe joint leaks oil, it is mostly caused by the oil pipe bell mouth and the oil pipe nut are not sealed. Cotton yarn can be used to wrap around the lower edge of the horn, and then tighten the oil pipe nut and the oil pipe joint; bubble gum or maltose can also be chewed into paste, and coated on the nut seat of the oil pipe, which will play a sealing role after being dried and coagulated.

9. Rupture or break of diaphragm or oil pump diaphragm. The oil pump can be disassembled to take out the diaphragm, sawed and filed with rubber board, electrical insulating rubber wood or plastic cloth according to the original shape and size, and polished and installed.

10. Broken valve spring. After the valve spring is broken, the broken spring can be removed, and the two broken sections can be installed in reverse, and then it can be used. A 1mm thick iron sheet can also be found, which is cut into a round sheet with a diameter of 1mm larger than that of the spring. A round hole is cut in the inner part with a diameter of 4mm smaller than that of the spring. The outer edge is cut into a 4mm long crack every 6mm. After cutting, every other piece is folded to form a double-sided spring seat groove, and then the spring can be put into the iron sheet groove for use.
