Precautions for use and maintenance of diesel oil delivery pump
1. Before the installation of the oil pump, check whether the model and specification are correct, and remove the rust proof oil. The thickness of the selected gasket shall be appropriate to prevent it from being too thin or too thick
When the piston is dead or not in place, the tightening torque shall be even when tightening the bolt to prevent damage to the oil pump.
2. The core of the coarse filter screen in the connection of the oil transfer pump is easy to be blocked due to the dirt such as cotton wadding. It is necessary to check and clean it frequently. The damaged filter screen must be repaired or replaced in time
Change.
3. If there is a rubber sealing device between the hand oil pump piston and the hand oil pump body on the oil transfer pump, do not remove it at will, and replace the damaged rubber enclosure in time.
4. After the hand oil pump is used, it must be pressed back, and the button shall be tightened to prevent air inlet or oil leakage caused by the hand oil pump and the rubber ring or the ball valve and the valve seat are not pressed tightly.
5. Ensure the elasticity of the four springs of the plunger type oil transfer pump is normal. "The four springs are piston spring, tappet (roller) spring, oil inlet valve spring and oil outlet valve spring. If the spring elasticity is weakened or broken, it shall be replaced or padded in time for adjustment.
6. Ensure that all sealing gaskets are intact, and plastic gasket shall not be disassembled or disassembled too many times, and shall be replaced regularly.
7. Some pumps are provided with oil drain holes, which are used to make a small amount of diesel leaked out of the pump directly. Do not block the hole to prevent diesel from entering the oil pan of the injection pump to dilute the lubricating oil.
8. If too much diesel is found in the oil pan of the fuel injection pump, the clearance between the piston and the pump body, between the tappet and the tappet sleeve of the fuel delivery pump shall be checked in time
Deal with it in time to prevent the serious leakage of diesel oil, resulting in poor lubrication of internal parts of fuel injection pump and governor.
9. In case of long-term shutdown, the matching surfaces of the oil transfer pump, especially the piston and pump body, tappet and tappet sleeve, shall be prevented from rusting due to water in the oil,
Anti rust measures must be taken (when shutting down, replace the lubricating oil with moisture, diesel oil and other impurities in the oil pan of the injection pump).
10. The diesel oil to be filled shall be subject to sedimentation filtration to ensure cleanness and prevent excessive impurities from aggravating the grinding of oil inlet valve, oil outlet valve and valve seat of oil transfer pump
Damage, sometimes the oil valve will even be pad up by impurities and failure.
