How to maintain the fuel injection pump?

The fuel injection pump is the heart of the diesel engine, so the fuel injection pump must be maintained correctly. When installing fuel injection pump on the diesel engine, the advance Angle of oil supply must be checked. After the diesel engine runs for 500 hours, the advance Angle of fuel supply should be re-checked and adjusted.

Maintenance of fuel injection pump:

1. National standard light diesel must be used. The diesel must pass 48 ~ 96 hours of precipitation filtration.

2. Always pay attention to clean the diesel tank and diesel filter.

3. Check the oil in the governor every day, and add enough oil in time when it is insufficient.

4. If there is skeleton oil seal between the injection pump and the governor, fill the oil separately.

5. If the oil level is increased due to oil dilution, it indicates that the fuel injection pump and oil transfer pump have serious oil leakage and should be removed in time.

6. After the diesel engine runs for 100 hours, the oil should be changed and the filter screen of the oil transmission pump should be cleaned.

7. The fuel injection pump shall not be disassembled or adjusted at will, especially the sealed parts. When it is necessary to disassemble and repair, clean the place before carrying out the repair.

Fuel injection pump maintenance elements:

(1) The fuel injection pump is the "heart" of the diesel engine, so the fuel injection pump must be properly maintained.

(2) When installing the fuel injection pump on the diesel engine, the advance Angle of oil adjustment and supply must be checked; After the diesel engine runs for 500h, the advance Angle of fuel supply should be rechecked and adjusted.

(3) The national standard light diesel oil must be used, and the diesel oil must pass through 48 ~ 96h precipitation filtration.

(4) Usually pay attention to the diesel tank and diesel filter clean.

(5) Check the oil in the governor every day, and add enough oil in time when it is insufficient.

(6) If there is a skeleton oil seal between the injection pump and the governor, the oil should be filled separately.

(7) If the oil level is increased due to oil dilution, it indicates that the fuel injection pump and oil transfer pump have serious oil leakage and should be removed in time.

(8) After the diesel engine runs for 100h, the oil should be changed and the filter screen of the oil transmission pump should be cleaned.

(9) The fuel injection pump shall not be disassembled or adjusted at will, especially the sealed parts. When it is really necessary to disassemble and repair, clean the place before carrying out the repair.

(10) After the fuel injection pump works for 2000h, it shall be disassembled and inspected comprehensively, replaced or repaired the parts with severe wear and damage, and debugged again.

When the diesel engine is not in use for a long time, try to fill the fuel passage of the injection pump with diesel oil. If you want to remove the fuel injection pump and add anti-rust oil in the oil channel, it should be kept in a dry place, not put together with the battery, acid, alkali, etc. If the fuel injection pump is to be reassembled and used, it should be used only after removing the anti-rust oil.
